Responsibilities

  • Provide a welcoming, professional check-in and check-out experience
  • Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest accounts accurately
  • Assist with room blocks, pre-registrations, and special requests
  • Respond to guest questions about hotel services and local attractions
  • Resolve guest concerns promptly and courteously
  • Coordinate with other departments to support smooth daily operations
