What you will have an opportunity to do: We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and guest-focused Front Desk Agent to be the welcoming face of our resort! This role plays a key part in creating memorable first and last impressions by delivering warm service, efficient check-ins and check-outs, and genuine hospitality throughout every guest interaction. If you enjoy engaging with people from all over the world and making meaningful connections, as well as taking steps to “WOW” people, we want you! Requirements

Previous customer service or hospitality experience in a resort setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and evenings
Basic computer skills, hotel system experience preferred (Maestro experience a plus, not required)
Passion for delivering exceptional guest service
