Requirements

  • Friendly, reliable, and guest-focused attitude
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to handle guest concerns calmly and professionally
  • Comfortable using reservation and inventory systems (or eager to learn!)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Flexible availability (including weekends and holidays)

Nice To Haves

  • Previous hotel front desk experience preferred
  • 2+ years in customer service, sales, or similar roles welcomed

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests with a smile and handle smooth, efficient check-ins & check-outs
  • Manage reservations, cancellations, and special requests
  • Answer phones, coordinate guest needs, and assist other departments
  • Maximize room revenue through suggestive selling
  • Handle cash, billing, and guest accounts accurately
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
  • Follow hotel policies, safety procedures, and brand standards
  • Jump in to help wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly
