The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests, checking guests in and out of the hotel, answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate department, making reservations, and handling guest complaints and concerns. The Front Desk Agent will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and completing administrative tasks as assigned.
