Front Desk Agent shift available: The hotel front desk agent performs all services necessary for hotel registration including greeting guests, assigning rooms, checkouts and receipt of payment. Must be 21+ and able to obtain/maintain a gaming card. You’d make a great front desk agent if you: Consider yourself a “people person,” and enjoy meeting others. Love working as a team and appreciate the chance to collaborate. Understand how to create a great guest service experience. Have a focus on quality and take pride in your work Are open to learning new things (especially the latest property promotions and events!) Can keep cool and calm in a fast-paced, energetic work environment. Have excellent communications skills.
