Front Desk Agent ($750 Sign on Bonus)

IDEAL CANDIDATES FOR FRONT DESK OR GUEST EXPERIENCE: We are seeking passionate, service-oriented, positive and hard-working individuals with a love for health and wellness, and an excitement for hospitality. $750 sign on bonus. This is Regular Full Time position. Open availability all days is required all days of the week, including weekends and holidays, between the hours of 6:00am - 10:30pm.
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience required.
- Willing and able to work all shifts including weekends/holidays
- Must have reliable transportation
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
- Passion for wellness
Nice To Haves
- Previous hotel/resort experience a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out of their rooms
- Assist guests with planning their Wellness Journey classes
- Take reservations on the phone
- Arrange transportation for guests
