As a Front Desk Attendant , you will: Welcome and check in guests with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency Manage reservations, room assignments, and payments using our property management system Provide guests with helpful information about hotel amenities, policies, and the local area Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with positivity and problem-solving skills Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless service Keep accurate records of room availability, charges, and guest accounts Maintain a clean, organized, and hospitable front desk area Uphold our service promise: delivering exceptional experiences every step of the way
