The role also requires familiarity with hotel rates, discounts, and reservation procedures, including same-day bookings and cancellation policies. This position demands a high work ethic, self-initiative, and a team-oriented approach to ensure excellent guest experiences. It is an in-office role with physical requirements including prolonged sitting, computer work, occasional standing/walking, and the ability to lift 10-25 pounds.
