About The Position

We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team at Marriott Tampa Westshore. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing them with a warm welcome and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable. Your responsibilities will include checking guests in and out, answering phone calls and inquiries, making reservations, and providing information about hotel services and amenities.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software
