About The Position

The Front Desk Agent/Night Auditor at Four Points by Sheraton Jacksonville Baymeadows is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests during their stay. Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Strong communication skills with fluency in both English and another language (Bilingual)
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
• Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using computer systems and hotel management software

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries and concerns
• Handle guest requests, such as room changes, additional amenities, or special accommodations
• Process guest payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
• Assist with the night audit process, including reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports
• Ensure the safety and security of guests by following established procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
