Property Location: COMFORT INN & SUITES SFO AIRPORT NORTH Essential Duties and Responsibilities: This role involves providing exceptional guest service and promptly addressing all guest inquiries and concerns. Responsibilities include registering and processing guests during arrival and departure, demonstrating telephone courtesy and professionalism, and attentively listening to guests to anticipate their additional needs or concerns. The position also requires maintaining a clean and professional appearance in public areas and the hotel office, employing appropriate selling techniques to maximize revenue and occupancy, and completing daily management operations reports. Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of guest accounts and demonstrating a working knowledge of the hotel's services, facilities, and local area are essential. The individual must comply with the hotel's standard operating procedures and policies, assist in monitoring and upholding safety procedures for guests and team members, and support team members and other departments to maintain operational efficiency. Additional duties include delivering amenities and assistance to guests as requested, assisting with breakfast preparation and clean-up, and performing responsibilities assigned by leadership.
