About The Position

As a Front Desk Agent / Night Audit, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. Your role will involve managing the front desk operations during the night shift, which includes handling guest inquiries, processing reservations, and maintaining the overall security of the hotel. You will be responsible for balancing the daily financial transactions and preparing reports for management, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. In addition to your front desk duties, you will also perform night audit responsibilities, which include reconciling daily transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring that all accounts are balanced. You will work closely with other departments to ensure that guest needs are met and that the hotel operates efficiently during the night hours. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will be essential in this role, as you will be managing various tasks simultaneously while providing excellent service to our guests. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to handle guest complaints with professionalism and empathy. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and ensuring that all hotel policies and procedures are followed. Your role is crucial in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their stay.
