Requirements

  • Previous Hilton and OnQ operating system experience is a PLUS.
  • Checks guests in and out of the hotel.
  • Manage guest requests and delegate tasks accordingly with other departments.

Responsibilities

  • Greeting and checking in guests.
  • Answering phones and directing calls.
  • Facilitating solutions to guest problems.
  • Assisting guests with reservations.
  • Being the guest's initial experience with the hotel and setting the stage for the rest of the stay.
