As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for, but not limited to, greeting customers immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome, completing the registration process, verifying and imprinting credit cards for authorization, answering the telephone, closing guest accounts at check out, and fielding guest complaints. You will need to remain calm and alert during emergency situations and heavy hotel activity, resolving complications and ensuring guest satisfaction. This role requires continual standing and movement throughout the front office area.
