Responsibilities

• Greet all guests and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
• Register guests efficiently and accommodate their needs during check-in.
• Set up accurate accounts for each guest according to their preferences.
• Accommodate room changes expediently.
• Maintain a high level of knowledge about hotel services, rates, and local attractions.
• Help resolve guest issues and respond to special requests.
• Process guest check-outs and settle accounts accurately.
• Communicate pertinent guest information to designated departments.
• Participate in safety and security training and maintain knowledge of safety procedures.
• Handle lost and found items and report maintenance issues.
