About The Position
As a Front Desk Agent at the Denali Cabins, you will be responsible for providing dynamic guest service by registering guests, maintaining accurate room inventories, creating guest reservations, and taking sales calls. Your role will involve greeting and registering guests, answering inquiries related to lodging or local attractions, selling Denali vendor products, and interacting positively with guests and visitors on a daily basis. Safety, anticipating guest needs, and honoring our surroundings are core values that guide our service.
