We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Hotel Front Desk Agent to join our team at Best Western Plus Heritage Inn in Jacinto City, TX. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of their accommodation experience. Your primary responsibilities will include registering guests upon arrival, managing reservations, and providing detailed information about our rooms, rates, and amenities. You will also be responsible for addressing guest complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that every guest has a pleasant and memorable stay. In this role, you will work closely with other staff members, fostering a team-oriented environment to resolve any issues that may arise. Your ability to multitask and maintain a friendly demeanor will be essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. We are looking for someone who is not only skilled in customer service but also possesses a general knowledge of computers and problem-solving abilities. This position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, with shifts typically lasting 8 hours.
