About The Position

Requirements

• Ability to work independently during night shifts while managing multiple tasks effectively.
• A background in hospitality management or related fields is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Fosse software is a plus.
• Ability to wear Fairfield uniforms.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls within three rings and assist with reservations, confirmations, and room requests.
• Explain hotel products, services, and provide requested information.
• Sell, process, enter, and confirm room reservations using effective selling techniques.
• Maintain knowledge of current hotel events, activities, and hours of operation.
• Greet guests warmly and perform registration procedures.
• Provide guests with appropriate room assignments, room keys, and directions to their rooms, upselling when appropriate.
• Verify payment including incidental costs and assist guests with issues and complaints with empathy.
• Accurate accounting of cash bank assigned and post charges to guest accounts accurately.
• Facilitate guest departures by providing accurate statements and ensuring guest satisfaction while collecting payments due.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by the supervisor.
