We are seeking a flexible Part Time Hotel Front Desk Agent to serve as our guests' first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodation. The ideal candidate will have Hilton PEP experience and excellent customer service skills. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for registering guests, managing reservations, and providing information about rooms, rates, and amenities. Your role is crucial in creating a pleasant and memorable stay for our guests. You will greet all customers with a friendly smile, act as a hotel concierge, and be knowledgeable about the hotel’s offerings, including the location of facilities and services. You will check-in and check-out guests efficiently, review reservations for special requests, and pre-register groups as necessary. Additionally, you will handle cash transactions, maintain accurate records, and ensure that all guest accounts are in good standing. You will also be responsible for addressing guest complaints and ensuring that all inquiries are handled promptly and courteously. This position requires a strong customer service attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
