Requirements
- Strong customer service and communication skills

- Positive attitude and ability to take direction from management
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Sales experience or automotive knowledge is a plus (not required)
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide a friendly, professional experience
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate repairs/services
- Clearly communicate customer concerns to technicians for accurate diagnosis
- Maintain strong communication between customers and the service team
- Schedule appointments, write tickets, and manage invoices
- Ensure every customer leaves confident in their service experience
