Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and provide a friendly, professional experience
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate repairs/services
  • Clearly communicate customer concerns to technicians for accurate diagnosis
  • Maintain strong communication between customers and the service team
  • Schedule appointments, write tickets, and manage invoices
  • Ensure every customer leaves confident in their service experience
