As a Parts Salesperson, you are often the first person customers turn to when they need help. This role combines customer service, product knowledge, and organization to keep parts operations running smoothly. This role requires someone who stays organized, communicates well, and keeps a level head when things get busy. Parts experience is helpful, but attitude, work ethic, and the ability to learn quickly are just as important. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Strong customer service experience
Comfort handling a high volume of phone and in-person interactions
Basic computer skills
Ability to learn a wide variety of parts and equipment applications

Nice To Haves

Previous parts or equipment experience
Experience stocking, organizing, or managing inventory
Two-year degree or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

Greeting customers and assisting them in finding the parts they need
Answering questions, explaining product use, and offering practical maintenance or installation guidance
Assisting with inventory management and ensuring parts are stocked, labeled, and easy to locate
Helping resolve customer concerns professionally and working toward solutions when challenges arise, such as backorders or damaged parts
Organizing merchandise and helping maintain displays that reflect current inventory and promotions
Processing sales accurately, including discounts, credits, and promotions
Maintaining clear and accurate labeling and documentation for parts and inventory
