Join a team that believes attitude, effort, and service still matter. At WCTractor, we do more than sell equipment and parts. We help our customers keep their operations running, their land working, and their projects moving forward. That takes people who are dependable, positive, and willing to step up when it counts. WCTractor is a growing equipment dealership with 14 locations across Texas. Our team works alongside experienced leaders who set a high standard for service, professionalism, and integrity. We offer a competitive compensation structure and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, prescription, supplemental and life insurance, a 401(k), paid time off, and more. If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and being part of a team that takes pride in doing things the right way, you will fit in well here. As a Parts Salesperson, you are often the first person customers turn to when they need help. This role combines customer service, product knowledge, and organization to keep parts operations running smoothly. This role requires someone who stays organized, communicates well, and keeps a level head when things get busy. Parts experience is helpful, but attitude, work ethic, and the ability to learn quickly are just as important. WCTractor’s mission is to be the best in the eyes of our customers, employees, community, and industry, and to reflect honesty, integrity, and Christian values in all we do. Washington County Tractor, Inc. began as a Ford tractor dealership in 1939 in Brenham, Texas. Over the decades, the company has grown to 15 locations serving customers across the region, offering agricultural, construction, and lawn and garden equipment, utility vehicles, trailers, and related parts and service. WCTractor remains locally owned and operated, and that local ownership continues to shape the way we do business. We believe in treating people right, working hard, and building relationships that last.
