About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Front Counter Manager to join our team. We are a fast-paced bowling center with an increased number of regular customers, so consistency and efficiency are required to have success. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing everyday operations and ensuring an excellent guest experience. Your goal is to increase sales and revenue and maintain a high level of employee engagement. If you are a strong leader with experience in the service industry, we want to hear from you!

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED
  • Previous Management Experience
  • Familiarity with POS software
  • Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
  • Excellent management and leadership skills
  • Must be able to work nights and weekends

  • Manage everyday operations
  • Lead team in providing exceptional customer service
