At Chick-fil-A Huntington, the Front Counter Hospitality Team Member role is more than just a job; it's an opportunity. Team Members are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for everyone they serve each day and for ensuring all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food. This job is fast paced and we are looking for individuals who love working in a team atmopshere. Most Chick-fil-A Restaurants are operated by independent franchised business owners who make all their own employment decisions and are responsible for their own content and policies. Responsibilities
- Make Emotional Connections with Guests in the Drive-Thru, Front Counter and Dining Room
- Provide genuine hospitality with our guests
- Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
- Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
- Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
- Work on their feet for several hours at a time both indoors and outdoors
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
- Other duties as assigned
