Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of food service experience.
• Availability on weekends.
• Local residency required.

Responsibilities

• Adhering to all steps of service to meet customer needs at the counter or on the phone.
• Recognizing regular customers and making suggestions to enhance their experience.
• Educating oneself on all menu items, including breads, sauces, and dressings.
• Understanding customer requests and responding appropriately with accurate recommendations.
• Ensuring the station is stocked, clean, and organized at all times.
• Following Standards of Operations set forth by the manager.
• Making specialty coffee drinks and smoothies.
