Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Computer proficiency and comfort using multiple systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional demeanor and willingness to learn
Responsibilities
- Welcome and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
- Verify insurance and demographic information
- Collect co-pays and process payments accurately
- Schedule follow-up appointments and procedures
- Confirm upcoming appointments
- Assist with daily balancing and end-of-day processes
- Maintain an organized, welcoming front desk area
- Room patients efficiently
- Obtain and document vital signs
- Prepare exam rooms
- Support providers and clinical staff during busy clinic hours
