About The Position

The Pictsweet Company is growing! We are currently hiring dedicated and hardworking team members to join our full-time production team in Bells, TN! Availability for specific departments/shifts depends on current job openings. Shift time: 7PM-5:30AM, up to 6-7 days a week during our busy harvest season, including weekends.

Requirements

• Working in outdoor weather conditions, non-climate controlled areas, and/or a 38-degree environment.
• Endure prolonged periods of standing, bending, pulling, walking on hard surfaces, reaching, and lifting.
• Must work at a fast pace with few errors.
• Require repetitive motion with arms and hands.
• Must occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be willing to work extended hours as needed (including weekends and holidays).

Responsibilities

• Will perform tasks such as sorting, casing, setting up bins, product inspection, removing defective product, and scooping product.
• Clean up, stretch wrap, busting out product, and various other duties.
• Must follow instructions including company policies, procedures, and safety instructions.
• Must comply with Food Safety Standards (GMP).
• Must keep work area clean and orderly.
