About The Position
The University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) is seeking a FRESHMAN SUCCESS COACH to support at-risk students by providing proactive coaching and targeted interventions to address academic and personal barriers. The role involves assisting with action planning, facilitating workshops, and monitoring grades to improve student success and retention. The Success Coach will collaborate with campus partners, including advisors and faculty, and may also facilitate future Blazer Boost courses. This position reports to the Executive Director of Retention Initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader student success goals.
