The position is responsible for general cleaning of non-production areas, except for bathrooms located downstairs within the production area. Responsibilities include cleaning hallways, offices, restrooms, and break areas. Tasks involve dusting, mopping, vacuuming, stripping and waxing of floors, and trash collection and removal to onsite dumpsters. The successful candidate must be able to climb stairs, tolerate standing/walking for the duration of the shift, and lift 40 or more pounds repetitively. The role requires the ability to use both arms above and below shoulder level, and occasional kneeling, bending, and twisting at the waist. The candidate must also be able to work in areas with strong smells, cold, wet, or damp conditions, and must pass Blood Borne Pathogen training.
