About The Position

The Packout Utility Laborer at Tyson Foods is responsible for boxing and weighing finished products for bulk orders, ensuring that products meet customer weight specifications. The role involves maintaining the flow of bulk packed products, stacking boxes on pallets, and assisting with various utility duties on the production line. Candidates must be able to work in damp and cool conditions, lift heavy items, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly.
• Ability to climb stairs to access workstations.
• Good hand/eye coordination.
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift (approximately 8 hours).
• Must wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
