About The Position

The Juice Team Member supports the daily operations of the Juice Department at Plum Market by delivering exceptional retail Customer Service and ensuring a fresh, well-stocked, and clean department. This role is responsible for assisting with the production, rotation, storage, and display of all juice and related products. Juice Team Members work closely with department leadership and fellow Team Members to uphold quality standards, maintain food safety practices, and support an exceptional Guest experience.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of fresh produce and juice products preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions, complete tasks independently, and communicate clearly.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand and walk for up to 4 hours without a break.
• Ability to bend and stoop to grasp objects, climb ladders, lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted, and push/pull carts weighing up to 100 lbs. unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable service to all Customers.
• Assist in the preparation, packaging, and stocking of fresh juice and related products.
• Follow proper rotation and labeling guidelines to ensure freshness and reduce shrink.
• Maintain clean, full, and organized displays according to Plum Market merchandising standards.
• Ensure accurate signage, pricing, and labeling, including COOL (Country of Origin Labeling) compliance.
• Support backstock organization and maintain a clean, food-safe work environment.
• Communicate effectively with Team Members, Store Leadership, and Customers.
• Assist with general department tasks and support fellow Team Members as needed.
• Uphold all Plum Market policies, safety standards, and standard operating procedures.
