The Operational Efficiency Manager- Fresh Foods (OEM) leads the Fresh Foods field team by supporting the execution of food service concepts. This includes engagement in the execution process for product, layout of equipment for efficient operational processes, establishing expert level understanding of the point of sale and reporting systems, collaborating with category managers for development of training documents and detailed product recipes; working hands on with team members to train on product execution, brand standards and operational processes; and giving support and guidance for operational management and execution in the stores. The OEM champions the food service strategy and operational execution to deliver on an outstanding guest experience and profitable foodservice contribution aligned with the objectives of the Fresh Foods Strategy.
