The Fresh Cut Department Clerk is responsible for maintaining outstanding guest service, preparing fresh fruits, vegetables, and salads for the cut fruit area, generating sales, merchandising product, and supporting the store management team. This role requires accuracy, high productivity, and adherence to food and workplace safety rules. The individual will also assist in training peers and uphold merchandising and cleanliness standards, while performing all duties safely, accurately, and with honesty and integrity.
