Location: 951 East Frontage Rd. - Litchfield, Minnesota 55355 COMPENSATION: Hourly rate $13.00 - $16.50 depending on experience. Paid Parental Leave after six months. Position Summary: Maintain and operate the Fresh Cut Produce department including trimming and preparation of merchandise according to company and department standards; to ensure that the work shift contributes to the financial best interest of the store. Complete all other duties as assigned in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Some Retail experience a plus
- Some Computer Skills
- Basic mathematic skills
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Prepare all varieties of cut fruits and vegetables.
- Maintain display and quality control.
- Become certified in Fresh Cuts Production.
- Maintain Clean and Safe working environment
- Follow all PPE and Safety Guidelines
- Follow all Food Safety and Cleaning Expectations
- Follow Guest Experience Guidelines
- May be assigned tasks in other departments based on customer experience need
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed
