French Teacher
About The Position
Brookfield Academy, a private, independent, college preparatory day school, is seeking a full-time Upper School French teacher for the 2026-27 school year. Brookfield Academy offers French 1 through AP French, and currently utilizes the D’Accord textbook series. Teachers should apply who have a love of learning and an ability to relate to a variety of high school students at all levels of learning, including ambitious and motivated students as well as those who may need additional support. An advanced degree in languages and successful experience teaching at the secondary level is desired. Brookfield Academy fosters a collaborative, cooperative, professional atmosphere. The ideal candidate should be able to work in a team, support others, and contribute positively. Interested applicants should have an understanding of a classical and liberal arts curriculum, which is essential to the mission and philosophy of Brookfield academy.
