About The Position

Ashley Hall seeks a mission-aligned French Teacher who is responsible for introducing the French language and Francophone cultures to some of our youngest students (Pre-Kindergarten to 1st Grade). Through interactive activities and lessons that complement the learning that occurs in the Reggio-inspired classroom (Early School) and the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme (Lower School), the successful candidate promotes the linguistic, communicative, and cultural aspects of the language and motivates students to attain their individual potential as language learners. Develop and maintain genuine, positive, and consistent communication with parents, providing them with language resources for continued French exposure at home. We seek a candidate who will actively pursue professional development opportunities to elevate the classroom experience and target language proficiency.
