About The Position

Axiom Staffing is hiring for a French Customer Service Representative to support inbound customer service operations. This role is responsible for handling calls, emails, and inquiries from French-speaking customers, processing orders, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Location: Alpharetta, GA Shift: 8:30 AM - 5 PM Pay Rate: $18-19 Temporary / Contract

Requirements

  • Fluency in French (including Canadian French), both written and spoken
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail and professionalism
  • Ability to manage difficult customer situations with empathy and patience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Adobe
  • Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability
  • Ability to adapt, learn new products, and follow standard operating procedures
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 6 months to 1 year of customer service or call center experience preferred
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience considered

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls, emails, faxes, and voice messages from French-speaking customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Respond to all customer inquiries within 24 hours, preferably within 2 hours
  • Process customer orders, requests, shipment tracking, and service inquiries
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide accurate information and solutions
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently with a focus on first-contact resolution
  • De-escalate customer concerns by actively listening and offering alternative solutions when needed
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in accordance with Call Center reporting standards
  • Update customer service databases and complete required reports on time
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes
  • Assist with training new employees on customer service procedures and product knowledge
  • Support warehouse or departmental projects as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
