About The Position

Staffmark is actively recruiting a Freight Sales Account Manager for an exciting direct hire opportunity with a fast-growing freight brokerage. This company is transforming the FTL logistics game across the U.S. and Canada and is looking for experienced freight sales professionals who are ready to hit the ground running with a solid client base and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of freight broker experience
  • A strong book of business with existing customer contacts
  • Knowledge of CRM platforms and freight management software
  • A self-starter mentality with excellent communication skills and a drive to close deals

Responsibilities

  • Leverage your book of business to drive sales and generate leads
  • Manage the entire sales cycle (cradle to grave) from prospecting to shipment
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Deliver strategic freight solutions across various services: FTL, flatbed, reefer, dry van, power only, and expedite
  • Operate within modern CRM and TMS systems to ensure efficient logistics coordination
