As a Flex Freight Handler at Walmart Supply Chain, you will play a crucial role in moving products through our Supply Chain and Delivery network to ensure timely delivery to customers and stores. Handles and processes freight safely and correctly through the facility to customers' doorsteps or stores.
Loads, unloads, order fills, packs, and processes freight accurately and timely.
Reports unsafe working conditions, damaged products, or improper procedures to management.
Uses freight handling equipment safely and correctly.
Maintains a clean work environment to ensure safety and compliance.
Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
Ensures freight quality and integrity.
Performs additional duties as assigned.

Ability to lift heavy cases in extreme climates.
Strong focus on safety for self and others.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high productivity expectations.

Experience in warehouse operations or freight handling.
