About the position

The position involves operating a forklift and managing inventory flow while ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards. The role requires providing excellent member service, maintaining the sales floor, and assisting with club pick-up orders. The individual will collaborate with team members and management to meet operational goals and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift safely and efficiently according to company standards.
• Receive, stock, and organize merchandise from distribution centers and suppliers.
• Provide member service by assisting with purchasing decisions and resolving issues.
• Maintain safety protocols and conduct safety sweeps in the facility.
• Ensure proper merchandising presentation and maintain sales floor standards.
• Assist with picking and staging club pick-up orders throughout the day.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding progress and issues.

Requirements

• 90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification.
• Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
