About The Position

The dispatcher is responsible for scheduling drivers, communicating with customers, and ensuring timely deliveries in a fast-paced environment. Requirements

• Freight dispatching and routing experience is required.
• Punctual with reliable transport to work.
• Professional attitude with a 'will-do/can-do' mindset.
• Ability to answer a multi-line phone system and manage competing needs.
• Familiarity with Microsoft products and data entry/dispatching.
• Knowledge of Charlotte and wider NC geography is preferred.
• Clean background check required due to TSA certified air cargo handling.

Nice To Haves

• 3 years of experience in freight dispatching preferred.
