About The Position
The position involves performing essential duties with accuracy and maintaining a high level of productivity. The individual will be responsible for developing customer relations through friendly and courteous behavior, promoting morale within the department and store, and maintaining good working relationships with other department managers to improve sales storewide. Compliance with company policies and providing professional examples for other team members are also key responsibilities. The role includes bagging guests' purchases, assisting with price checks, and maintaining the cleanliness of the parking lot and store front.
