About The Position
The Freight/Cargo Claims (OS&D) Specialist is responsible for remotely investigating claims related to overages, shortages, damages, discrepancies, spoilage, and/or loss of delivered products that are rejected by the consignee. This role involves communication between the driver, the intended receiver, and the customer regarding the disposition of undeliverable freight while protecting the interests of both the company and the customer.
