About The Position

If you know freight brokerage, you know this role. We are a well-respected logistics brokerage serving retailers, foodservice distributors, and consumer goods companies across the U.S. Our team is built around performance, accountability, and doing right by the customer. We are hiring a Freight Brokerage Sales Executive who already understands the industry: freight lanes, market pricing, capacity cycles, and how to win shipper business. This is a role for experienced brokerage professionals who want the freedom to grow accounts and be rewarded for performance.

Requirements

  • Must have experience 2+ years in freight brokerage, 3PL sales, or transportation account management
  • Experience selling truckload or intermodal freight services
  • Prior responsibility for revenue generation or sales quotas
  • Understanding of freight lanes, market pricing, and capacity trends

Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow shipper relationships across truckload and intermodal freight
  • Prospect and secure new shipper accounts through outbound sales efforts
  • Expand freight volume across lanes and transportation modes
  • Negotiate pricing based on current freight market conditions
  • Partner with operations teams to ensure reliable, high-quality service delivery
