About The Position
Bluegrass Dedicated is seeking a motivated and results-driven Freight Broker to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating freight shipments by connecting shippers with carriers, negotiating competitive rates, and ensuring timely deliveries. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to drive business growth and maintain strong relationships with customers and carriers. The ideal candidate will also have 2+ years recent experience in freight business development. The ability to add new customers is critical.
