About The Position

The Freight Broker Agent position at Logistic Dynamics (LDi) is designed for experienced individuals in freight brokering or freight sales. This role allows independent contractors to leverage LDi's proprietary tools and extensive shipping network to enhance their earning potential. Agents will focus on sales and growth while utilizing advanced technology and support systems provided by the company.

Requirements

• Must have a book of business (shipping customers).
• Must have experience in freight brokering or freight sales (minimum 1 year preferred).

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a sales environment.
• Familiarity with load boards such as DAT and Truckstop.

Responsibilities

• Utilize LDi's proprietary TMS and analytics reporting system to manage shipments and costs.
• Develop and maintain a book of business with shipping customers.
• Engage with over 110,000 FTL carriers and utilize the Exclusive LTL Customer Portal.
• Work collaboratively with the dedicated agent development and growth team.
• Post loads to various load boards and assist in dispatching.
• Leverage advanced technology for GPS tracking and auto truck matching.
