About The Position
Logistic Dynamics (LDi) is a leading 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) company that specializes in empowering independent contractors through our Agent-based model. As a Freight Broker Agent, you will have the opportunity to significantly enhance your earning potential by leveraging our industry-leading proprietary Transportation Management System (TMS), comprehensive analytics reporting system, and mobile application. Our extensive shipping network and robust financial backing provide you with the tools necessary to focus on the sales and growth of your own business. You will gain full visibility on shipment details, carrier costs, customer costs, commission payouts, and much more, allowing you to make informed decisions and optimize your operations. This position is specifically tailored for individuals with prior experience in freight brokering or freight sales. We are looking for candidates who have a proven track record in the industry and possess a book of business with shipping customers. If you do not have relevant experience as a Freight Agent or Broker, we kindly ask that you refrain from applying. This role offers the flexibility to work from home, and qualifying candidates may start with a promotional commission rate of up to 80%. With access to over 110,000 FTL carriers and our exclusive LTL Customer Portal, you will be well-equipped to provide competitive rates and exceptional service to your clients. As a Freight Broker Agent, you will benefit from a full-scale support team available during overnight and weekend hours, advanced technology including GPS tracking and auto truck matching, and a dedicated marketing team that provides free marketing materials to help you grow your business. Commissions are paid weekly, and you will have the advantage of auto-posting to load boards such as DAT and Truckstop. This is a 1099 independent contractor position, and we are excited to welcome motivated individuals who are ready to take their freight brokering career to the next level.
