About The Position

As a Freight Broker Agent, you will have the opportunity to significantly enhance your earning potential by leveraging our industry-leading proprietary Transportation Management System (TMS), comprehensive analytics reporting system, and mobile application. You will gain full visibility into shipment details, carrier costs, customer costs, and commission payouts, allowing you to make informed decisions and optimize your operations. This position is specifically tailored for individuals with prior experience in freight brokering or freight sales. We are looking for candidates who have a proven track record in the industry and possess a book of business with shipping customers. If you do not have relevant experience as a Freight Agent or Broker, we kindly ask that you refrain from applying. This role offers the flexibility of working from home, and qualifying candidates may start with a promotional commission rate of up to 80%.
