About The Position
As a Freight Broker Agent at Logistic Dynamics (LDi), you will be part of a dynamic 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) company that emphasizes the growth and success of independent contractors through an agent-based model. This position is designed for individuals who have a strong background in freight brokering or freight sales and possess a book of business with shipping customers. You will leverage LDi's industry-leading proprietary Transportation Management System (TMS), analytics reporting system, and mobile app to enhance your operational efficiency and increase your earning potential. Your primary focus will be on sales and the growth of your business, utilizing LDi's tools to gain full visibility into shipment details, carrier costs, customer costs, and commission payouts. The role offers the flexibility to work from home, allowing you to manage your time effectively while maximizing your earnings. With access to over 110,000 FTL carriers and an exclusive LTL Customer Portal, you will have the resources necessary to provide competitive rates and exceptional service to your clients. This position is commission-based, with the potential to earn up to 70% commission on sales, and qualifying candidates may start at an even higher rate of 80%. You will receive weekly pay as commissions are processed once the customer is invoiced. LDi provides a full-scale support team, advanced technology including GPS tracking and auto truck matching, and a dedicated marketing team to assist you in your efforts.
