As a Freezer Selector, you play a key role in ensuring products are selected correctly and efficiently so customers receive exactly what they need.

Requirements

• Ability to work comfortably in cold temperatures
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly
• Stamina to stand, walk, and stay active throughout long shifts
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
• Reliability and a strong work ethic

Responsibilities

• Accurately select and prepare frozen products for shipment
• Work safely and efficiently in a cold, freezer environment
• Lift and move products weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Stay on your feet and active for extended periods (10+ hour shifts)
• Follow safety procedures and quality standards at all times
• Work as part of a supportive, team-focused operation
